This multi-tool from Gerber is not the lightest multi-tool you’ll find. Check out the Leatherman Skeletool for a tool that’s lighter but packs fewer implements.
This tool includes ten implements including a knife, a wire snipper, a needlenose pliers, a scissors and two saws.
The pliers slide forward and lock into place, making them more accessible and sturdy when in use.
It’s quite a strong tool, which can actually be a drawback. Some of the implements are difficult to unfold, so this one is probably not for those with dainty fingers. The rest will appreciate how sturdy this one is.
Gerber, of course, is known for making high-quality knife blades, so you know you’re getting quality with this one.
