Knives of Alaska Brown Bear Skinner Suregrip Cleaver | Hunting Knife Review

34 sec read

Knives of Alaska Brown Bear SkinnerThe Brown Bear is one heavy-duty hunting cleaver. It’s a great choice for handling larger animals in the field, as well as a practical skinning knife.

What makes this particular cleaver stand out is that it’s been tested by the manufacturers themselves. The folks at Knives Of Alaska have tested this hunting cleaver under the harshest conditions, and on many different types of animals. For example, the cleaver held up quite well with Alaskan Moose and Alaskan Brown Bears, thus earning the cleaver its name.

The blade is full-tang, 6 inches in length, and made from pure D2 steel. The handle is black Suregrip material, so it’s extremely safe and easy to hold, especially if you like finger grooves.

It features a riveted eyelet for lanyard safety on the bolster, and comes with a convenient leather sheath so you can keep it safe at your side.
