The blade measures 6.75 inches and is made from hardened AUS 8 stainless steel, measuring 57-58 on the Rockwell hardness scale.
And the handle is just as exceptional, if not more. See, this is the very first time a Kraton rubber grip handle has ever been able to accommodate built-in washers for extra strength. Another standout feature is its stainless steel pommel, capable of being used as a hammer if needed.
Plus, the entire knife (save for the rubber on the handle) is glazed in SOG’s hard-cased TiAlN coating, blackening the appearance and protecting the material for longer usage.
