This Global knife has got their sure-grip comfortable handle, razor-sharp blade and their patented sand-filled handles for creating the perfect balance. Can’t really go wrong with this one — but do note the size. It’s somewhat large for that kind of knife.
There’s a lefty version as well as a right. There must be more left-handed sushi chefs than I thought — Amazon ranks the left-handed version as more popular than the right!
